Self-Esteem is very important for your dignity in any occasion or situation. I am not a professional, or an expert about anyone other than the information I provide for myself. As an illustration, self-regard is a well known topic with several theories.  Of course, always consult a professional for any medical needs. On the contrary, my self-assurance has always been very high and this post is being shared with an intent to Inspire & Motivate.

“Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one’s definition of your life, but define yourself.”
― Harvey Fierstein

SELF-ESTEEM AFFIRMATIONS

Self-Esteem is how you feel about yourself as a person. It can also be known as self-worth or pride you have in yourself. To put it differently, an example that may destroy your pride is: If you are on your job and a new clique of friends come along, now they are all up for a promotion and you are booted out of the equation. Or Not?

Most note worthy, another key point is that self-care is how confident you are in your own worth or abilities. On the positive side, how much self-respect do you have for yourself.

“In youth, it was a way I had,
To do my best to please.
And change, with every passing lad
To suit his theories.

But now I know the things I know
And do the things I do,
And if you do not like me so,
To hell, my love, with you.”
― Dorothy Parker, The Complete Poems of Dorothy Parker

“That’s what real love amounts to – letting a person be what he really is. Most people love you for who you pretend to be. To keep their love, you keep pretending – performing. You get to love your pretence. It’s true, we’re locked in an image, an act – and the sad thing is, people get so used to their image, they grow attached to their masks. They love their chains. They forget all about who they really are. And if you try to remind them, they hate you for it, they feel like you’re trying to steal their most precious possession.”
― Jim Morrison

How do you define self-improvement?

Self-Improvement

Self-Improvement

From a psychological perspective, self-satisfaction describes the comprehensive awareness of a person’s self-worth or personal value.

For students, the dictionary defines self-esteem as his or her own abilities to have feelings of satisfaction for himself or herself.

“Every woman that finally figured out her worth, has picked up her suitcases of pride and boarded a flight to freedom, which landed in the valley of change.”
― Shannon L. Alder

30 Self-Help Quotes of Rhonda Byrne

Rhonda Byrne is an Australian television writer and producer, best known for her New Thought works, The Secret—a book and a film by the same name. By the Spring of 2007 the book had sold almost 4 million copies, and the DVD had sold more than 2 million copies.

1.) “Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for. You have to make a start, and then the law of attraction will receive those grateful thoughts and give you more just like them.”

2.) “There is no such thing as a hopeless situation. Every single circumstances of your life can change! ”
― Rhonda Byrne

3.) “There is a truth deep down inside of you that has been waiting for you to discover it, and that truth is this: you deserve all good things life has to offer. ”
― Rhonda Byrne

4.) “You become what you think about most.. But you also attract what you think about most. (John Assaraf) ”
― Rhonda Byrne

5.) “A lot of people feel like they’re victims in life, and they’ll often point to past events, perhaps growing up with an abusive parent or in a dysfunctional family. Most psychologists believe that about 85 percent of families are dysfunctional, so all of a sudden you’re not so unique. My parents were alcoholics. My dad abused me. My mother divorced him when I was six…I mean, that’s almost everybody’s story in some form or not. The real question is, what are you going to do now? What do you choose now? Because you can either keep focusing on that, or you can focus on what you want. And when people start focusing on what they want, what they don’t want falls away, and what they want expands, and the other part disappears. (Jack Canfield)”

6.) “Your power is in your thoughts, so stay awake. In other words, remember to remember.”
― Rhonda Byrne

7.) “Whenever you think you can or think you can’t, either way you are right. (Henry Ford)”
― Rhonda Byrne

8.) “When you want to attract something into your life, make sure your actions don’t contradict your desires.. Think about what you have asked for, and make sure that your actions are mirroring what you expect to receive, and that they’re not contradicting what you‘ve asked for. Act as if you are receiving it. Do exactly what you would do if you were receiving it today, and take actions in your life to reflect that powerful expectation. Make room to receive your desires, and as you do, you are sending out that powerful signal of expectation. ”
― Rhonda Byrne

9.) “Your thoughts become things! ”
― Rhonda Byrne

10.) “The truth is that the universe has been answering you all of your life, but you cannot receive the answers unless you are awake. ”

of your own life.

― Rhonda Byrne

17.) “To create the life of your dreams, the time has come for you to love You. Focus on Your joy. Do all the things that make You feel good. Love You, inside and out. Everything will change in your life, when you change the inside of you. Allow the Universe to give you every good thing you deserve, by being a magnet to them all. To be a magnet for every single thing you deserve, you must be a magnet of love.”

― Rhonda Byrne

19.) “You will attract everything that you require. If it’s money you need you will attract it. If it’s people you need you’ll attract it. You’ve got to pay attention to what you’re attracted to, because as you hold images of what you want, you’re going to be attracted to things and they’re going to be attracted to you. But it literally moves into physical reality with and through you. And it does that by law. (Bob Proctor) ”
― Rhonda Byrne

If you want abundance, if you want prosperity, then focus on abundance. Focus on prosperity. (Lisa Nichols)

Many people in Western culture are striving for success. They want the great home, they want their business to work, they want all these outer things. But what we found in our research is that having these outer things does not necessarily guarantee what we really want, which is happiness. So we go for these outer things thinking they’re going to bring us happiness , but it’s backward. You need to go for the inner joy, the inner peace, the inner vision first, and then all of the outer things appear. (Marci Shimoff) ”
― Rhonda Byrne

27.) “A person who sets his or her mind on the dark side of life, who lives over and over the misfortunes and disappointments of the past, prays for similar misfortunes and disappointments in the future. If you will see nothing but ill luck in the future, you are praying for such ill luck and will surely get it.”
― Rhonda Byrne

28.) “If you’re feeling good, then you’re creating a future that’s on track with your desires. If you’re feeling bad, you’re creating a future that’s off track with your desires. As you go about your day, the law of attraction is working in every second. Everything we think and feel is creating our future. If you’re worried or in fear, then you’re bringing more of that into your life throughout the day.”
