Self-Esteem is how you feel about yourself as a person. It can also be known as self-worth or pride you have in yourself. To put it differently, an example that may destroy your pride is: If you are on your job and a new clique of friends come along, now they are all up for a promotion and you are booted out of the equation. Or Not?

Most note worthy, another key point is that self-care is how confident you are in your own worth or abilities. On the positive side, how much self-respect do you have for yourself.
