Hobbies are an important part of self-care. It’s good to do something that’s just for you. And it can help you manage the stress of everyday life.
Speaker Jim Rohn, said, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Whether or not you believe this, negative people can bring you down. You’ll always have negative people in your life. But try to avoid them. Instead, surround yourself with positive, supportive people.
Are you carrying around a past hurt? It might be time to let it go. Holding onto these old wounds can keep you from becoming the best version of yourself.
